What is Well Engaged?

Well Engaged is an engagement and participation app for residential aged care. It gives residents personalised daily activities on a shared tablet, gives lifestyle staff a one-tap way to record participation, and gives quality managers audit-ready evidence for Standard 7 of the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards. Families get a window into their loved one's week.

What is Well Engaged not?

Well Engaged is not a clinical, diagnostic or screening device. It does not assess, diagnose or monitor a resident's health status, and it makes no claims about health outcomes. It records participation and engagement — nothing more.

Can I sign up for an account directly?

Not yet, and not without a facility. Well Engaged is a facility-provisioned product: residents, family members and staff all get access through their aged care provider's account, not through public self-signup. If you're a provider interested in a pilot, email us at the support address above.

Is this app live on the App Store yet?

The App Store badges on this site are placeholders pending Apple Developer organisation enrolment and App Store review. This website itself is a demonstration of the product direction, built with synthetic data throughout.

Is any of my data, or a resident's data, being collected on this website?

No. This site is a static set of pages with no accounts, no cookies and no analytics. See our privacy policy for full detail, including how we intend to handle real resident data in a future pilot.

I'm a family member — can I get access?

Family access is granted by the resident's aged care facility once Well Engaged is deployed there, not through this website. If your facility offers Well Engaged, ask their lifestyle team about family portal access.
